A survey of over 200 young renting professionals, along with a series of face-to-face interviews, have enabled us to draw valuable insights into the driving factors behind renters’ decision-making.
These collated insights are intended to help Build to Rent (BTR) project designers and investors achieve higher occupancy rates, lower churn and better returns.
